SPECTACULAR WORK
It’s hard not to overstate just how good True Grain Carpentry are. Dean takes service and workmanship to another level. Thoroughly professional, polite, patient and passionate about quality, their work on our medieval barn was nothing short of spectacular. When we had our old thatched roof replaced with clay tiles they created new fascias and installed roof windows, no easy task as the roof had a characterful wane to it. Although a messy and dusty process, the disruption was small and their subsequent tidying and cleaning was as meticulous as their carpentry work. Thoroughly recommended.

STUNNING ROOF
From the outset, Dean was a pleasure to have building a roof onto our outbuilding; with his professionalism throughout and patience with last minute adaptions to the brief. Replaced existing staircase furniture. Work was carried out on time and as quoted. The guys turned up at the appointed time, both were friendly and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really pleased with the finished product; it’s completely transformed our hallway. Last but by no means least, their level of tidying up was of the same high standard. ★★★★★

Various people couldn’t quote to do the job, but True Grain were able to create a bespoke door for my unusual requirements. They did a truly fantastic job. Wow, what can we say? From the moment we met Dean when he first came round to quote, I liked him and felt he was right to do the work. And boy, we were not wrong! Super prompt every day, courteous, considerate, worked quietly and smoothly. Always checking with me that I was happy at all stages, suggesting slight changes and improvements. Very particular about his work, amazing attention to detail. And cleaning??!! Wowzers, the boys made it spotless every evening before they left. Could not recommend them enough!! GREAT JOB IN OUR LOFT
We asked true grain to recommend how to extend the boarded loft space we had so as to not put too much pressure on the ceilings below. They took a look, worked out what size was sensible and gave us a reasonable quote. Work proceeded on time, to spec and to budget. Two very friendly workmen here throughout who were very respectful of COVID restrictions and cleanliness. A thoroughly good job all round and would happily recommend. ★★★★★
